This is a preview of our first game. Baron: Adventures in Capitalism.

Currently, you can browse available properties in Chicago, Detroit and Boston, you can buy properties, fix up, rent or sell them for profit.

This game is still in development so check back often for improvements and new features.

To buy properties, click on the property then you will be able to make an offer or buy the property at its advertised price. After you are done haggling enter your down payment and select the terms of your loan.

Note: when selling or renting properties you must end your turn before you will recieve offers.

Each turn counts as 1 month.

When selling properties please note the estimated value is only a guideline. If you've recently made improvements chances are you will be able to sell the property for more than this amount.
